Abstract:
To provide an inner diameter working tool which enables a working position to be cooled and enables inner diameter dimension of a hole to be measured while suppressing deterioration of working tolerance of the hole.SOLUTION: The inner diameter working tool is provided that is used for grinding an inner surface of a hole in a workpiece by rotating in the hole. The inner diameter working tool comprises: a body part including a cutting part; a first flow passage which extends from a base end to a tip side along a rotation center axis of the body part and in which air for measuring an inner diameter of the hole is supplied from the base end side at the non-working time, and cooling water is supplied from the base end side at the working time; a second flow passage which extends from the first flow passage to outside in a radial direction and is opened to an outer circumferential surface of the body part; a third flow passage extending from the first flow passage or the second flow passage to the tip side of the body part; a fourth flow passage which extends from the third flow passage to outside in the radial direction and is opened to the outer circumferential surface of the body part; and an on-off valve which keeps the third flow passage or the fourth flow passage closed even when receiving pressure of air from upstream, and opens the third flow passage or the fourth flow passage when receiving pressure of cooling water that is larger than pressure of the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
