Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly transfer the pressing force of respective gripper inner cylinders to a casing tube and smoothly carry out excavation works and increase the working efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: Cylinders 11 of respective gripper devices are actuated to the extensible direction and the movements are transferred to lever mechanisms 7a, 8a and 7b, 8b to swing the lever mechanisms. The movements of lever mechanisms are transferred to respective gripper inner cylinders 9 through restricting springs against the compressing force. The respective inner cylinders 9 are forced to contact the casing tube of an all casing excavating machine and the inside excavator body 1 is fixed to the easing tube. In this way, the pressing force of respective gripper inner cylinders 9 is evenly applied on the ceasing tube and hence, the excavating work is efficiently carried out and the working efficiency is increased.
