Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in the strength of the connection of the frame materials of an inside frame mounted in a door, to eliminate the necessity of welding processes, and to achieve a high positioning accuracy and a good finished condition.
SOLUTION: This door inside frame is formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped whole by coupling a horizontal member 18 and a vertical member 13 together in an orthogonal arrangement. In this case, a fitting-side engagement part having an engagement pawl 19a formed by drawing in such a way as to be smaller than the vertical member 13 by a plate thickness is projected from the end of one vertical member 13, and an engagement window 19b in which the engagement pawl 19a of the fitting side engagement part 13a can be engaged is provided at the end of the other horizontal member 18; a receiving part in which the fitting side engagement part 13a can be interiorly fitted is provided, and the horizontal member 18 and the fitting side engagement part 13a are fitted into the receiving part of the vertical member 13, and they are integrally coupled together in an orthogonal arrangement by engagement of the engagement pawl 19a with the engagement window 19b.
