Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable an operator to turn a square-shaped wrapping cloth inside-out only by holding an arbitrary round neckline of a square-shaped wrapping cloth and setting the cloth on a hanging form.
CONSTITUTION: An arbitrary side of a round neckline of a square-shaped wrapping cloth is set on a hanging form main body 2 and lifted while pressing the middle part of the upper side of the square-shaped wrapping cloth with a pressing apparatus 7 to develop both corner parts of the upper side. Each corner is gripped with the right or left gripping apparatus 8,8 and the gripped both corners are expanded with an expander 9 to stretch the upper side of the square-shaped wrapping cloth. The square- shaped wrapping cloth having expanded upper side is transferred to the inside of a base frame with a rotary circulation apparatus 11 and blasted with compressed air from an air-ejector 13 in a state held with a resistor 12 to keep a prescribed angle of the square-shaped wrapping cloth A. The rolling action on the round neck part of the sagging side is developed by this process. Thereafter, the sagging part of the square-shaped wrapping cloth is sucked into a suction chamber 15 to tream the wrapping cloth to a square shape and the square-shaped wrapping cloth is received with a clamping apparatus 18 and transferred to the next step by a transfer apparatus 19.
