Abstract:
To provide an insole that can reduce load or pressure on the center portion of the toe area by transferring and dispersing the load or pressure toward ends of the metatarsal bones of the first and fifth toes.
The insole includes: a first toe side insole part formed of a resilient band having a slightly outwardly curved shape substantially corresponding to most of the bottom of the foot area from the first toe through the first metatarsal bone; and a fifth toe side insole part formed of a resilient band having a slightly outwardly curved shape substantially corresponding to most of the bottom of the foot area from the first toe through the fifth metatarsal bone.
