Abstract:
To provide an insole which provides good posture for walking, with the ankle rolled and with the foot raised high, which causes no fatigue in walking for a long time, and which makes stable running possible by preventing a force from escaping outward in corners during running.
The insole 1 is formed with elastic materials A, B, and C. The insole 1 is configured to form an air chamber or a hole for each toe or each part of the sole of the foot in such a way that the big toe, the second toe, the third toe, the fourth toe, and the little toe can move, or is configured to give strong or weak stress to resilience by using an elastic member such as rubber or a foamed material.
