Abstract:
PURPOSE:To inspect the passage of a product in a short time by laying the inner part of the passage in non-atmospheric pressure state to communicate with the atmosphere, detecting the pressure at two determined standard timings, and comparing their pressure difference with a standard value. CONSTITUTION:An opening and closing valve A is closed, and a pump F is driven. When the pressure in a pressure accumulating tank D detected by a pressure measuring device G reaches a preset set pressure PO, the pump F is stopped. When the pressures in the voltage accumulating tank D and a passage B reach the set pressure PO, the opening and closing valve A is opened. Consequently, the pressure in the pressure accumulating tank D is changed toward the atmospheric pressure. When the passage B is proper at that time, the pressure is changed according a determined change pattern I to time. When the passage B is improper, on the other hand, it is changed according to a change pattern J different from the proper change pattern I. The pressure is detected at standard timings t1, t2, and their difference DELTAP is compared with a standard difference DELTAPS in proper time. At a result of the comparison, whether the passage B is formed properly or not is inspected. In this device, the inspecting time can be shortened since the inspection is ended without waiting the stabilization of the pressure.
