Abstract:
To reduce work loads in leak inspection, and to improve the reliability in leak inspection.
A device S is provided with a tool support section 62 for setting a tool 20; and a work support section 64 for setting a work 10. The work support section 64 is brought closer to the tool support section 62 by the displacement operation by the operation section 65 for airtightly fitting the work 10 and the tool 20 via a rubber member 50. In this state, air is supplied into the work 10, a leak inspection based on the pressure variations in air is made, and it is judged whether the work 10 is conforming or not, thus obtaining an improved working efficiency.
