To improve inspection accuracy by preventing a pass/fail judgement error due to misunderstanding of an operator.
A portable terminal for inspection determines whether inspection standard information is "specification" or "measured value" when receiving the inspection standard information. When "specification" is determined, the received standard specification information and nonstandard specification information is indicated in a liquid crystal display as a selecting screen. If selecting input is confirmed in this state, pass or fail is determined on the basis of the inspection standard information, and the determined result is informed to a server. When "measured vale" is determined, a measured value input screen is indicated in the liquid crystal display. If measured value input is confirmed in this state, pass or fail is determined on the basis of the input information, and the determined result is informed to the server.
