Abstract:

This inspection device for the display panel includes a work table having a receiving part for receiving the panel to be inspected, a contact assembly having a space along a z-direction perpendicular to the panel from the work table, and provided with a plurality of contacts contacting with an electrode of the panel, and a vibration generator for imparting vibration to the panel.
