Material except the gasket 12 emits no fluorescence. A UV absorption filter 4 is attached to the camera 5 to absorb the mirror-reflected ultraviolet rays near the wavelength 340 nm. Accordingly, the camera 5 receives only the light-colored emitted fluorescent from the gasket 12 to accurately pick up an image of a shape of the gasket 12 so that quality of the gasket 12 can be decided.
