Abstract:
To provide an inspection device of a package product which can improve inspection quality and an inspection speed by generating a clear temperature difference at a spot where seal failure occurs.SOLUTION: An inspection device of a package product P having a container body B having an opening and a film-like lid member C brought into close-contact with the container body with an outer periphery of the opening of the container body as a seal surface comprises: a conveyor belt 11 which conveys a package product; a halogen heater 21 and a warm air heater 23 which heat the lid member of the package product; and a camera 30 which captures a thermographic image of the lid member surface with an infrared ray. The halogen heater 21 is installed so as to heat the lid member C of the package product P located in a light source heating region 21h deviating to an upstream side with respect to a warm air heating region 23h by the warm air heater 23. The camera 30 is installed so as to capture the thermographic image of the surface of the lid member C of the package product P after heating by the warm air heater 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
