Abstract:
To increase accuracy of an appearance inspection by obtaining good object image data.SOLUTION: An inspection device comprises an illumination unit, an imaging unit, an inspection unit for conducting an appearance inspection for an object on the basis of object image data, a transparent plate provided between the illumination unit and the object, and a filter provided between the illumination unit and the transparent plate. A first direction, which is a direction connecting the illumination unit and the object, is oblique to a second direction in which light irradiated onto the object is made incident to the imaging unit. The filter blocks light having a larger incident angle than a block incident angle with respect to the first direction, of the light emitted from the illumination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
