Abstract:
To provide an inspection device that is for inspecting sure fixation in particular of toothbrush bristles on a toothbrush head.SOLUTION: The inspection device of toothbrush bristles has a power mechanism 10 and two rotation units 20. The two rotation units 20 are installed in the power mechanism 10 in order to provide extension along the shaft direction. Also, by rotating in the opposite direction the two rotation units 20 through driving of the power mechanism 10, and by positioning the toothbrush between the two rotation units 20, the two rotation units are rotated in a manner pressurizing the side of the bristles. As a result, the two rotation units 20 pull the side of the bristles in a direction opposite from the toothbrush head while pressurizing the side, which makes the inspection possible as to whether or not the bristles of the toothbrush are surely fixed on the toothbrush head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
