Abstract:

PURPOSE: To fix a support member on the inside lower face of a magnetic shielding cylindrical body easily and surely on the detection of weak brain magnetic waves generated from a brain, or the nondestructive inspection of the defect of material or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A support member 13 is arranged on the inside lower face of a magnetic shielding cylindrical body 11 arranged horizontally, and a Dewar portion containing a squid element sensor is supported on the support member 13. A non-magnetic body pressing means 51 pressing the support member 13 toward the inside lower face of the magnetic shielding cylindrical body 11 is set on the support member 13. The pressing means 51 is composed of a flexible tube 55 which is supported in the vicinity of the inside upper face of the magnetic shielding cylindrical body 11 by the support member 13 via a support ring 53 and is deformed and pressed on the inside upper face when a fluid flows therein.
