Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a inspecting device for vessel port part, capable of photographing only a threaded port part facing a photographing device and avoiding image overlap phenomenon, when the threaded port part of the vessel is photographed by transmitted light.
SOLUTION: This vessel port part inspecting device for the vessel port part, having a threaded part 2a, is provided with a holder 22 having a projection part 22b engaged with the thread port part 2 and inserted into it, a lighting device 36 lighting the vessel from its lower side, a photographing device 32 arranged on the lateral side of the vessel for receiving transmitted light transmitted through the threaded port part 2 and photographing the threaded port part 2, and an image processing device 38 processing the photographed image. Projection light from the lighting device 36 is transmitted through a container bottom part 4, and then reflected on the projection part 22b in the holder 22, and the reflected light is transmitted through the threaded port part 2 to be made incident on the photographing device 32.
