Abstract:
To efficiently, surely conduct inspection of a hole part formed by cutting work in a sintered component and removal of chips within the hole part.
The dimension of the hole part 5 is detected by inserting a rod-shaped detecting piece 14 into the hole part 5 of a rotor body 1 which is a sintered component. An air passage 31 opening at the tip of the detecting piece 14 is formed within the detecting piece 14. When the detecting piece 14 is inserted into the hole part 5, air or a coolant is supplied to the air passage 31 from an air supply source 33, and ejected into the hole part 5. The chips 36 produced by cutting work left within the hole parts 5, 6 are blown off for removing.
