Abstract:
To provide an inspection jig and an inspection method of a tape feeder which can significantly reduce a time required for maintenance work of a tape detector.SOLUTION: A tape-shaped inspection jig 60 used for inspection of a tape feeder includes: a row of engagement holes 61 (engagement hole row 61R) that engage with the engagement pins of a feed sprocket provided on the tape feeder; and an engagement avoidance portion 62 provided in the same row as the engagement hole row 61R and avoids engagement with the engagement pin. The engagement hole row 61R is provided from a head portion inserted into a tape inlet of the tape feeder. The engagement avoidance portion 62 is provided at a position that reaches a feed sprocket before the head portion reaches a processing portion of the tape feeder after a region extending a predetermined length L from the head portion 60S in which the engagement hole row 61R is formed, is conveyed forward by the feed sprocket of the tape feeder to block the light of the tape detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
