Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection machine for a glass container, constituted for lowering an inspection head part 22 by an accurate distance for properly performing inspection.
SOLUTION: The inspection machine for the glass container is equipped with a machine frame, to which an inspection device 20 is to be fixed. The inspection device 20 is equipped with a vertical track member, a car 28 displaceable in the vertical direction along the vertical track member, the servo operation type drive pulley device fixed to the vertical track member, so as to be capable of displacing the car 28 in the vertical direction and the inspection head part 22, relatively displaced in linear fashion and connected to the car 28 to be capable of being clamped at a desired position. The inspection device 20 is also attached to the frame, so as to be capable of regulating the inspection head part 22 to become concentric with a completed product of a bottle 12, having an axial line different in a radial direction by the linear displacement of the inspection head part 22.
