In the vehicle inspection management system comprising a server which is used in a line of manufacturing a vehicle and equipped with an inspection master database storing inspection items, a terminal for inspection and a terminal for readjustment which communicate with the server through a LAN and used in a plurality of inspection stages, and a master management terminal which is connected to the LAN and inputs inspection information, the server is equipped with a static processing means S1 of performing sequential statistic processing of ranking of the cause of a fault phenomenon based upon fault information sent from the mobile terminal for inspection, and the mobile terminal for minor adjustment is equipped with a display means of displaying the fault information, an indicating means which is provided on the display device and indicates display of the ranking of the cause of the fault, and a means S14 of making the display means displays the ranking of the cause of the fault for the fault information when the indicating means is operated.
