Abstract:
To provide an inspection method for accuracy in assembling a vehicle body, which can suppress influence of errors caused by facilities constituting a manufacturing line to enhance inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: In an inspection method for accuracy in assembling a vehicle body, which automatically inspects accuracy in assembling a vehicle body on a manufacturing line, a master body confirmed to have been properly assembled, outside the manufacturing line is prepared; positions of reference points P1-P10 set on the master body are measured with a vehicle body assembly-accuracy inspection device provided in the manufacturing line (S4) and the measured results of the positions are registered as master data (S5); positions of reference points P1-P10 in the vehicle body to be inspected carried into a measurement area are measured with the vehicle body assembly-accuracy inspection device (S7); and the vehicle body is carried out from the measurement area in a condition that differences between the measured positions of the reference points P1-P10 and the registered master data are within a predetermined range (S11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
