To provide an inspection method for inspecting automatically whether assembled and aligned ALC reinforcing reinforcement baskets are arrayed on prescribed positions.
Reinforcing reinforcement baskets are suspended and arranged in the aligned state through fixing pins and bridges on prescribed positions in an autoclaved lightweight concrete ALC slurry type frame, and then a beam is irradiated in parallel along a longitudinal direction of the reinforcing reinforcement baskets from a light source arranged on one end of the ALC reinforcing reinforcement baskets, and while detecting reflected light reflected by a reflection plate arranged on the other end of the ALC reinforcing reinforcement baskets by a light receiving element juxtaposed with the light source, the light source and the reflection plate are traversed in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing reinforcement baskets. The light source and the light receiving element may be arranged on both ends of the reinforcing reinforcement baskets. Any of visible red light, an infrared ray and a laser beam can be used as the beam.
