A suction-removing means of foreign materials 40 dispersion-arranges the small bulk test objects P on a proceeding belt conveyor 12, carries out the imaging of the test objects P from above to detect a foreign material PI mixed in the test objects P, and is constituted so as to cover the entire area of the width direction of the belt conveyor 12 in the specified downstream zone with a plurality of suction-removing members 45. By the suction-removing means 40, the suction-removing members 45 are control-operated separately, and the foreign material PI is sucked and removed corresponding to the width direction position on the belt conveyor 12.
