Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device or the like by which an operating temperature of bimetals themselves can be automatically inspected.
SOLUTION: A temperature of air circulating in a temperature tank 10 is controlled by a temperature control part composed of a fan 11, heaters 12 and a cooling part 13. A large number of bimetals being an inspection object are housed in housing parts 21 of a support member 20 which can be taken in and out in a drawer system. A tube 22 is connected to the housing parts 21, and the inside of the housing parts 21 and the inside of the tube 22 communicate with each other, and a sound transmitting passage is formed. The tube 22 is properly connected to a sound sensing part 30 provided on the right end in a drawing through a connecting part. A microphone enclosed in the sound sensing part 30 senses a sound which is generated in the housing parts 21 and is generated by a reversal and return action of the bimetals through the sound transmitting passage of the tube 22. The support member 20 of the bimetals is properly composed of a frame body, and air flows in the vertical direction in the drawing. A temperature sensor 15 senses an environmental temperature when an operating sound of the bimetals is sensed, and this temperature is recorded on a temperature recording part, and inspection is performed.
