Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately recognize the state of affairs of the sensity unevenness of a sheetlike object.
CONSTITUTION: A cloth 11 which is conveyed is detected while a camera 13 composed of a one-dimensional CCD image sensor is scanned in the width direction of the cloth 11. Its detection signal is converted into digital data, the digital data is divided so as to correspond to a plurality of blocks set in the width direction of the cloth 11, pieces of divided data are added in every block, and width-direction data Σ is computed. In addition, a prescribed number of width- direction data which are adjacent to the conveyance direction of the cloth 11 are added, density data Σ is computed, the density data is compared with average density data obtained from good samples, a level difference is computed, and data on the level difference is output.
