This method has a process for recognizing a dimension between left and right reference marks 3a, 3b, and shapes of junction member end corner parts 7, 8 by two cameras 5, 6 after the junction member 4 is joined to the electrode part 2, and for conducting comparison decision with respect to a standard pattern to carry out measurement, a process for calculating a formation error of the electrode part 2, based on a design value of the dimension between the left and right reference marks 3a,3b and a measured value, a process for calculating a dimension of the junction member 4 including the formation error into the design value and for conducting comparison decision with respect to the measured value, and a process for calculating the dimension between the reference marks 3a,3b and X-directional and Y-directional dimensions of the junction member end corner parts 7, 8, based on coordinate values of the respective left and right reference marks 3a,3b and coordinate values of the junction member end corner parts 7, 8 of the member 4, and for comparing them with a preset reference value to determine the propriety of a joining position of the junction member 4.
