Abstract:
To provide an inspection method of a fluid heating apparatus capable of enhancing reliability for fluid heating performance.SOLUTION: A fluid heating apparatus 1 comprises: a heater layer 3 that generates heat when energized; a heat exchanger body 2 that transmits the heat generated by the heater layer 3 to fluid; and an insulation layer 7 that is provided between the heat exchanger body 2 and the heater layer 3. In an inspection method of the fluid heating apparatus 1, the heater layer 3 is energized in a state that the heat exchanger body 2 is managed at a predetermined temperature, and the temperature of at least one of the heater layer 3 and the heat exchanger body 2 is measured when a predetermined time has passed since energization to the heater layer 3 is started. On the basis of the measured temperature, it is determined whether or not the fluid heating apparatus 1 has predetermined fluid heating performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
