Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of the reduction in time of an inspection time, and the accuracy of a battery resistance value.SOLUTION: A method for inspection of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: a short circuit inspection step; a step (F1) of measuring a zonal capacity; a suspension step (G1); and steps (G2-G4) of getting a battery resistance value. In the zonal capacity-measuring step (F1), the zonal capacity is measured by discharging the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery at a predetermined discharge rate after the short circuit inspection step. In the suspension step (G1), the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is left for a predetermined length of time after the zonal capacity-measuring step. In the steps (G2-G4) of getting a battery resistance value, the battery resistance value of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is obtained by charging the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery after the suspension step (G1), and performing a predetermined discharge process after adjustment to a predetermined voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
