Abstract:
To suitably detect a defect that is latent in a static state while a rotor is assembled into a stator, without performing a process of obtaining a reference value for determination from a non-defective inspection object.SOLUTION: Provided is an inspection method for acquiring, while measuring the voltage value of each coil C relative to a reference potential, measured data Dv for second hours including first hours immediately after a point of time when an external force is applied to a three-phase induction motor M; when the signs of peak values within third hours of the M-th data Dv and L-th data Dv match, computing a difference value between multiplied values derived by multiplying a coefficient that corresponds to the ratio of fluctuation widths within third hours of measured values in both data Dv to the measured values of the M-th data, and the measured values of the L-th data Dv; when the signs of peak values of the M-th data Dv and L-th data Dv do not match, computing a difference value between multiplied values derived by multiplying a coefficient that corresponds to the ratio of fluctuation widths to the measured values of the M-th data, and the sign-inverted values of measured values of the L-th data Dv, and determining acceptability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
