PURPOSE: To remove a position shift of a contact pin and to make a good contact when a load is applied to a printed circuit board packed with electronic parts by adjusting the direction of the contact pin on an inspecting probe so as to make the same direction as that of a force received from the leads of the electronic parts.

CONSTITUTION: The printed circuit board 12 packed with the electronic parts 11 is provided in parallel to a pin board 13. When the lead 11a of the electronic parts is being clinched and made to be inclined less than 45° to the board 12, a screw 15 and a sleeve 16 are adjusted so that the contact pin 14 is made to be vertical to the lead 11a. If the lead 11a is not being clinched and made to be inclined more than 45° to the board 12, the screw 15 and the sleeve 16 are adjusted so that the contact pin 14 is made to be a coaxial direction to the lead 11a. Then, the lead 11a is brought into contact with the contact pin 14 when the board 12 is made to be moved to the direction of the pin board 13 by means of applying the load to the board 12. In this case, if the contact pin 14, sleeve 16, rotating part 17 and socket 18 are made by metals, the electronic parts 11 and the lead wire 19 are mutually connected, thereby the electronic parts 11 can be inspected.
