Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection support device for improving inspection efficiency of the loading state of an electronic component in a component mounting machine.SOLUTION: An inspection support device includes: a camera 16 provided on a movable carriage 22 so as to be able to image a circuit board 40; and an imaging control section for acquiring image data of an inspection component, by controlling imaging processing of the camera 16 when the inspection object component, out of the electronic components, is loaded to the circuit board 40 in mounting processing by a component mounting machine 1. The imaging control section optimizes execution sequence of multiple times of loading operation and imaging operation, on the basis of the moving distance of the movable carriage 22 in the execution sequence, or the operation time required for the loading operation and imaging operation in the execution sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
