Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system of a packaged body which can be easily incorporated in a transfer line of the packaged body in which a product is wrapped with a transparent wrapping material, and can accurately inspect an inspection part of the wrapping material having a contour on the total number of packaged bodies.SOLUTION: An inspection system of a packaged body comprises: an inspection position P3 defined on a transfer line of an intermediate body I that is an inspection object as the packaged body or its intermediate body; a ring light 20 which irradiates an inspection part of the intermediate body I (an overlapped part of a tear tape) with light at a low angle in a periphery of the inspection part from a circumference of the inspection part to the inspection part when the intermediate body I reaches the inspection position P3; a camera device 28 which is arranged so as to face to the inspection part in the inspection position P3 and takes an image of the inspection part; and an image processing device 30 which captures the image of the inspection part from the camera device 28, and inspects the inspection part based on the image.
