To reduce the load of work for a worker.SOLUTION: The inspection system includes: a preliminary inspection unit 176 for performing preliminary inspection processing of determining a fluid leakage from a downstream part 150a in a flow passage on the basis of the time when a cutoff valve 152 for opening or closing the flow passage closed the flow passage and the pressure in the downstream part 150a, the downstream part being located lower than the cutoff valve 152; and a drop determination unit 178 for performing pressure drop determination processing of determining a leakage from the drop amount of the pressure of the downstream part 150a in a preset waiting time if the preliminary inspection processing has determined the absence of a leakage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
