Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection vehicle for underwater inspection of coating, marine gloss, structural integrity and corrosion on a ferromagnetic hull or other ferromagnetic structure.SOLUTION: An inspection vehicle includes: a nonmagnetic element 2; at least one magnetic wheel 3 or a device arranged to be capable of operating on the element; and a waterproof camera 4 for visual inspection attached to the element or other structure on the inspection vehicle. The inspection vehicle has at least one magnetic wheel 3 or the device on one connection side arranged to be capable of operation on the inspection device, magnetically connected and capable of moving the inspection vehicle horizontally and vertically in reverse orientations in coating, and all marine gloss and corrosion products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
