Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a reflected light of a brightness required for measurement processing irrespective of the position of an object.
CONSTITUTION: The interference filter 11 is installed on a CCD camera 10 within the measuring rage A1 to A2 of the view angle α of the CCD camera 10 so that, when an object 3 is located at the remotest position, angle of incident θ3 of a reflected light L3 is reduced to the minimum.
