PURPOSE: To set the movement distance of a wire tip freely in a final stage and thereby make possible the fine-adjustment of the wire to make the quality of an inker uniform by fitting fine tube at the tip to the external side of wire in a condition that the body of a bottle and the fine tube at the tip are separated or engaged together in a freely slidable manner, and fixing the fine tube to a bottle connected on section through the adjustment of the former's position in a final stage.

CONSTITUTION: Wire 5 is connected to the tip of a rod 1b on a plunger 1 using an adhesive or any other means. Next, fine tube 7 which is engaged in a freely slidable manner with the body 6 of an ink bottle and the connection section 6' of the body of the bottle is fitted externally from the tip side of the wire. Then the rear end of the body 6 is pressed into the installation section 3' of a block 3 and is fixed. In this case, the fine tube 7 is put on the wire 5 in a condition that it is not fixed to the connection section 6' of the body 6. After this, the fine tube 7 is moved forward or backward while it slides through the connection 6, of the bottle, and is adjusted to a desired position. Finally the engaged parts of the connection section 6' of the bottle and the fine tube 7 are fixed with an adhesive. Consequently, it is possible to make the movement distance of the wire 5 coming out of and retracting into the fine tube 7 free and constant, if there is an error in the size of a member, and obtain the product of uniform quality efficiently.
