Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the production efficiency and execution efficiency by placing concrete to complete an open channel bottom slab after reinforcing bars mounting a half-finished open channel on them, and exposed from a foundation pile head section are horizontally bent and are connected to reinforcing bars of an open channel bottom slab.
CONSTITUTION: A head section of a concrete foundation pile 1 driven in the ground is chipped to expose foundation pile reinforcing bars 2. Side walls 3 are completed as reinforced concrete construction on the foundation pile reinforcing bars, and a half-finished open channel arranging only bottom slab reinforcing bars 5 to a bottom slab is mounted. After that, the foundation pile reinforcing bars 2 are horizontally bent and are connected to the bottom slab reinforcing bars 5 of the open channel bottom slab. Then, cast-in-place concrete is placed to an unconcreted section 6 of the bottom slab, and the open channel bottom slab is completed while combining the open channel with the foundation pile 1. By the constitution, the construction of a double foundation slab of the open channel bottom slab and the foundation slab on the foundation pile 1 is not required, and the optimum working balance between plant production are site execution can be obtained by selecting the half-finished open channel meeting the state of the installation ground.
