PURPOSE: To facilitate working and enhance certain clamping and installation by mounting a clamping tool on both ends of a tire nonslip tool, drawing and clamping a hook member by a handle to connect both the ends to each other, and removing the clamping tool.

CONSTITUTION: A tire nonslip tool C is wound on the outer circumferential surface (b) of a tire B, and then, respective hooks f2 of left and right hook members 5, 6 provided on a clamping tool A are engagingly locked to the vicinity of both end connecting parts of the tire nonslip tool C to dispose the clamping tool A on the tire outer circumferential surface (b) and between both the ends of the tire nonslip tool C. Thereafter, the handle 3 of the clamping tool C is repeatedly reciprocated to draw both the hanging members 5, 6 closer to each other, and both the ends of the tire nonslip tool C engagingly locked by the hanging members 5, 6 are drawn closer to each other and clamped. Both the ends of the tire nonslip tool C are connected to each other while the clamping state is held, and then, the fastening of the clamping tool A is loosened to remove the clamping tool.
