Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly, safely and easily hoist a horizontal protective net from below even in the case where a heliport having overhangs is built with the horizontal net provided simply in advance of construction, and to ensure safety sufficiently for execution of work.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where a heliport 2 or the like is constructed on the uppermost story of a high-rise building, a horizontal protective net 9 is unfolded on a floor 3 underlying the heliport 2, and the horizontal protective net is suspended at least at its one end with a balloon 16. After the horizontal net 9 is hoisted up to the underside of the heliport 2 by means of lift of the balloon 16, the horizontal net 9 is fixed at its ends to the edges of the heliport 2 and installed in a way of enveloping the heliport 2 from below.
