The clip 1 has a locking piece part 12 folded back upward in front of a base board 11 and an installation hole 13 opened on the base end side of the base board 11. The clip 1 is arranged in the vicinity of the crest part Y1 ridge side end of the desired resin-based roof material Y. A spacer 2 for supporting this resin-based roof material Y is arranged between the resin-based roof material Y and the backing S. The clip 1 is installed on the desired resin-based roof material Y by screwing or driving a fixture 3 in the backing S via the spacer 2 from the installation hole 13 of the clip 1.
