Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation strength and assembly property of a seatback by installing a rear floor cross member to a rear floor panel by using a combination member at the position different from the fixing position of a hinge for fixing the seatback to the rear floor panel as to a vehicular front/ behind direction.
SOLUTION: A seatback 1 is installed by a hinge 3 installed on the slant part 23 of the upperside 21 of a rear floor panel 2. A rear floor cross member 4 is provided on the underside 22 of the rear floor panel 2 and welded by flanges 41, 42. A reinforcement 5 (combination member) is installed on the underside 22 of the rear floor panel 2 and nuts 58a are fixed calkingly in the installation hole. Its pitch is made same as the hole pitch of the hinge. The reinforcement 5 duplicates the flange 41 of the rear floor cross member 4 at the rear end 51 of a step part and is spot-welded to the rear floor panel 2 and rear floor cross member 4 and fixed integrally.
