To provide an installation structure of a water drip member and a rat-proof member capable of properly exhibiting respective functions of the water drip member and the rat-proof member in a building provided with decorative wall parts on the outdoor side of an outer wall.

A building includes: an outer wall part 22 installed on a foundation; and a projected corner wall part 70 forming an area without foundation, which has no foundation below it, by being provided projectingly from the outer wall part 22 toward the outdoor side, with its lower end being at the same height position as that of the lower end of the outer wall part 22. A water drip member 95 and a rat-proof member 96 are installed along an outer periphery of the building at a height of a boundary between the foundation and the outer wall part 22. In a range where the area without foundation is formed among the outer periphery of the building, the water drip member 95 is disposed along the outdoor side edge part of the projected corner wall part 70, and the rat-proof member 96 is disposed along the boundary between the foundation and the outer wall part 22.
