PURPOSE: To easily fix a structure to a foundation by using anchor bolts set in an undrawable but vertically movable manner within a certain range in recessions formed in place in the foundation.

CONSTITUTION: Anchor bolts 1 are set in an undrawable but vertically movable manner within a certain range in recessions 5 formed in place in a foundation 4. A given structure 7 is placed on the foundation 4, wires 3 attached to the anchor bolts 1 are pulled up, the upper end screws 1B of the anchor bolts 1 are projected upwards through the holes of the structure 7 from the recessions 5, and nuts 10 are screwed with the bolts 1. By this, since the upper end screws 1B are not projected from the foundation 4 during the installation period, the structure 7 can be easily set on the foundation 4 and fixed without causing the breaking of the threads.
