Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent increase in expenses in installation of new tiles to an external wall in works for reforming the tiled external wall for a building.
CONSTITUTION: Existing tiles 11-14 are fixed with anchoring members 22 that are driven into an external wall 20 through the existing tiles 11-14. Tile holding members 24 are provided to the heads 22a of the anchoring members 22 that are pressed against the existing tiles 11-14, and new tiles 27-30 are installed, being held by the tile holding members 24. Thereby, the new tiles 27-30 can be installed outside the existing tiles 11-14 without removing the existing ones. As the new tiles are installed outside the existing tiles, works for removing the tiles become unnecessary, and increase in expenses required for installation of the new tiles can be prevented.
