PURPOSE: To facilitate the work of installation of a container by fixing an installing block to be abutted against the sides and bottom of the container to a leveling block above the female screw in the foundation concrete by using an installing bolt.

CONSTITUTION: A leveling block 25 of a given horizontal level is fixed to the foundation concrete P above a female screw portion 21 with a female screw 22 buried in the foundation concrete 23. An installing block 26 of an L-shaped cross section, having a side wall 26a to be touched by the side of a container 11 and an upside 26b to be touched by the bottom of the container 11, is clamped and fixed with an installing bolt 27 to the screw 22 through a hole 26c in the nearly central part of the upside 26b. The delivery operation of the container 11 can thus be made easier and the needs for clamping operation of nuts and the like can be eliminated.
