Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing method for an elevator, in which installing work is progressed with the progress of the construction of a building in a hoistway of the building in which lower sections are to be sequentially constructed under the upper section.
SOLUTION: A machine room process in which a machine room 17 device of an elevator is installed on the upper part of an upper hoistway 208 of an upper section 108 of a building 16, and an upper section process in which a hoistway device of the elevator is installed on the upper hoistway 208 by temporarily constructing a work floor 22 on the lower part of the upper hoistway 208 are provided. A lower section process in which a hoistway device of the elevator is installed on lower hoistways 207, 206 of lower sections 107, 106 of the building, constructed under the upper section 108 after the construction of the upper section 108 is provided, and the installing construction of the elevator is progressed in synchronism with the construction process of the building 16. Therefore, installing work of the elevator is completed almost simultaneously with the completion of the construction of the building, and inconvenience in which the construction period of the building is lengthened caused by the installation of the elevator is eliminated.
