In this shock absorber 10, at least one installing members 31 and 32 on the car body side and the wheel side can move in the shaft direction of the shock absorber, and installing parts 31A and 32A are arranged in the radial direction of the shock absorber, and the installing parts 31A and 32A are penetrated by installing object parts 21 and 22 of a cylinder 11 and a dust cover 13.
