To provide an installing structure for a traction hook for a vehicle wherein the strength of a bumper reinforcement and a hook installing member can be fully secured while restraining the restriction of design.
The bumper reinforcement 11 extended to the width direction of the vehicle and a hook installing nut 12 to which a traction hook 13 is fixed are mechanically fastened on the lower surface 23a of the bumper reinforcement 11. A bumper side locking piece 26 bent to a back surface 24a side is formed at the bumper reinforcement 11, and a hook side locking piece 33 bent to a front surface 22a side so as to be engaged with the bumper side locking piece 26 and an abutting piece 34 abutted to a back surface 24a are formed at the hook installing nut 12.
