To stably and easily install a wall storing body on a sound insulation floor so that the wall storing body does not fall forward even if heavy articles are stored.

A base plate 1 is installed close to a wall 41 on the sound insulation floor 21 laid on a foundation floor 22 by contacting a cushioning layer 24 formed on the back. Supporting legs 4 are inserted from the base plate into inserting holes formed in the base plate and into through holes formed in the sound insulation floor so as to communicate with the inserting holes 2. Ends of the supporting legs 4 abut against the foundation floor so that the supporting legs stand on the foundation floor and support the base plate. The wall storing body is installed on the base plate supported by the legs 4.
