Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a granular instant green tea easily drinkable by dissolving in hot water or water.
CONSTITUTION: This granular instant green tea is produced by mixing powdered tea to liquid glucose, stirring and fermenting the mixture and crushing the fermentation product after cooling. As an alternative, the granular instant green tea is produced by mixing powdered tea and a flavor into liquid glucose, stirring and fermenting the mixture and crushing the fermentation product after cooling.
